The max number of guests Royster's can currently cater to is about 500 to 600. If you have an event with over 500 people, please reach out first before scheduling.
What are the payment terms and is there a cancelation policy?
Royster's does not currently have a cancelation fee but we ask for orders to be paid before they are placed. We accept a 50% deposit for order's booked 3-4 weeks out in advance.
Are there any vegetarian or vegan barbeque options available?
Royster's currently provides smoked mushrooms and baked beans for vegan options. We also provide cornbread, macaroni and cheese, macaroni salad, and coleslaw for vegetarian options.
What areas of CT do you provide bbq catering to?
Royster's currently provides bbq catering to Cheshire, CT and surrounding towns in New Haven County. For areas outside of New Haven County, please reach out before scheduling.
How far in advance should I book my bbq catering event?
Royster's asks for catering events to be booked at least 7 days in advance to give us enough time to prepare for your event. Some events can be done as early as 3 days in advance but there may be an extra fee depending on the size of the event.
